Staff was approachable and helpful. They did hear my concerns and it was addressed.
The place was a mess when I entered the dishes were still on the rack from the previous guests,washing machine was absolutely disgusting and dirty,microwave and freezer was dirty. Although I was on holiday I had to go clean before I used anything.the dryer was rusted and broken could not even dry the clothes..there were old wet towels on it also. The aircon was not working. I was very disappointed. At night when we went to sleep the bed was not comfortable and very noisy and every turn it made a noise. I usually book places alot but this was really disappointing there were no towels. Eventually we were given only 2 towels for the 4 nights that we stayed there. They expected us to use that for 4 nights?
