Value for money. The property is situated at an upmarket area yet it’s affordable.
We noticed that the property did not provide basic complimentary amenities such as sugar, tea, and coffee. We would have appreciated having these available, especially as they are commonly provided in self-catering/accommodation facilities.

My booking did not include breakfast.
The location was perfect.
I did not like the process of getting a QR code to gain access at the security gate, the security guard where we were suppose to get the the code they chased us away, while it was raining and cold we have to go back to them twice and that was not a good welcome.

Place was fairly neat. Nice location.
The bedding had a very musky/damp smell. The glasses were cracked and could not be used. No toilet paper. Just some old dry sugar left in the container. Wet dish towel left in the kitchen. No guidance on where the pool and sauna were located.
