I liked the room and the setup it was beautiful and my partner loved it so much 😍 it was so comfortable we felt at home . The bathroom was very nice the bedroom was super super comfortable kitchen and the lounge even the resources that were inside they were useful . everything was easy and it was peaceful we are willing to come back soon

The process is very simple. Security was friendly, helpful and patient. I also appreciated that I didn't need to meet the host (respectfully).
The codes were not shared ahead of time. Apparently, I was supposed to receive an automated message which I didn't. I struggled to open the door. I was stuck for a while and didn't want to call the host again, but when I figured it out, it's okay, its manageable. I also noted later that it's included in the instructions. I still didn't like it because I had a toddler with me :). Perhaps if I had the instruction earlier, I would have read through.

The location was good, nice, pool and braai area.
Getting the key out the lock box, struggling the open the door.
Kettle did not work, no smart TV so there's only dstv, no Netflix. The sliding door is a difficult to open and close. There were no small items such as salt, oil.
