Walking to the entrance wasn't the best, there was an over flowing drain, the bin bags under external stair case had rats in them. The room smelt of smoke and a can was left on the windowsill with ash in it which I reported, the owner was very apologetic and said the cleaner should have seen that. I dont think a cleaner had been in as the floors where full of bits, under the bed settee I found 2 tablets and everything had looked like it had been wiped over with a damp dish cloth. The security light next door was on and off like a rave club. Bedrooms were comfy but not as shown in pictures.
