Great location, just a 5-minute walk from promenade and beaches. Kitchen and balcony in the apartment.
The bins were never emptied for all my stay, the toilet one was packed! Towels were not clean; they were just hanged at the door. I arrived 25 mns earlier than the check-in time to leave my single bag; they panicked and started cleaning my room saying it still needs to be prepared. There was a woman who I suppose was also owner/staff who stayed in one of the rooms; she was on her phone for hours even in the late evening and sound isolation was non-existent! She was most times sat in the common area chatting on the phone, not bothered to empty the bin or something.
