About this apartment rental
Modern and fully renovated studio with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean sea and the coast. Studio accommodates max 3 persons. AC unit (cold/heat), wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Shower room with walk in shower and washing machine. Fast Wi-Fi, many international TV channels, comfortable sofa and bed. Beautiful coastal views as you step out from the apartment as well.
The complex Coronado has manicured gardens, kids play area, 2 outdoors pools and kids pool (40 cm depth), a restaurant on site with a terrace next to the pool (opens only in the summer) and more restaurants and a supermarket within just a few minutes walk.
Only 450 m to the local sandy beach with famous beach restaurant Le Papillon. Other nice restaurant if you stroll further along the beach: Club 200 and Sinbad. Easy parking just outside of the complex. If you have no car, then bus service Fuengirola-Marbella operating every 30 mins with bus stop just 5 mins walk.

First, this appartement is not in Marbella, it is in Elviria, about a 20-minutes bus ride to Marbella. We went to Marbella as often as we could. The appartement is exactly as the listing. Very nice, super clean. It is on the 12th floor, which was not great for me. But I did ok. We had to walk half an hour both ways to get groceries. We found some nice places to see within walking distance . Thé Papillon restaurant is a few minutes walk and excellent. Cabopino marina is nearby and very nice. Nice sand dunes. There is a bar, a bakery and a restaurant in the building. Auguste at the bakery is very nice and will tell you everything there is to do nearby.
