This modern beautifully orientated sunny penthouse apartment with a large top floor terrace in a secure complex is located near Cabopino and Elviria, just east of Marbella's centre, two kilometers from the beach. It is just 15 minutes by car from the famous marina of Puerto Banus. Marbella is renowned as a playground for the rich and boasts chic designer shops, beautiful beaches, fine eataries, and a wide selection of exclusive nightclubs.
Golfers are spoilt for choice with numerous, top class courses to choose from. Other activities available withinn the vicinity include: Tennis, Water & Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horse Riding and much more.
The well kept oasis community offers 24 hours security and is set within spacious grounds with 8 swimming pools and 20 jacuzzis, ideal for families of all ages, or couples looking for a touch of luxury and relaxation.
