it was cold, and uncomfortable. The apartment was dirty and old. Owner came bordering us at night because something were wrong with alarm.

Comfortable apartment, well located and nicely decorated. The host was very attentive and friendly at all times. Totally recommended.

I felt very comfortable staying in this apartment. The location is great, very central and just a few minutes away from the old town, so it’s easy to get around on foot. The place is really nice, with a cozy and well-thought-out decoration that makes you feel at home. Everything was clean and well maintained. The host was very kind and helpful from the beginning, always available if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. 🌹

The location was great — only about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the main streets full of restaurants and nightlife. Parking can be found around the building, but there’s no guarantee you’ll get a spot nearby, so you might need to look a bit. Overall, the location was the best part of our stay.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever had. The building seems to be an old hotel converted into small apartment rooms, but at least in our case, everything felt very poorly done and low quality. The bathroom was tiny, the “kitchen” was just a small corner with minimal equipment, and the overall impression was that the place was put together quickly, without care. The room had clearly been smoked in before — the air was full of heavy air fresheners trying to cover the smell of cigarettes. The renovation was extremely sloppy; nothing felt properly finished or clean. When we arrived, the fridge was full of someone else’s half-eaten food, which made it feel like we were staying in a student dorm rather than a rental apartment. The worst part — cockroaches. We saw several in the evening, on the floor and near the door. We even took photos as proof. After returning late from dinner, we found more, and around midnight we decided to leave the place entirely. It was impossible to sleep there. Unfortunately, because of local events, no other hotels were available, so we spent the night in our car by the beach. When we contacted the host the next day, there was no real solution offered. We only heard that “no one had complained before” and that we “should have called at night.” That is not how you handle guests in such a situation. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and unless there are major improvements, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this property. Cheap doesn’t have to mean careless — but here, it sadly did. Today we’re staying in a beautiful apartment with a sea view, pool, and every comfort, just a three-minute walk from the beach — all for exactly the same price.

This was one of the best places I have stayed on bookings.com. Jonathan is a great host with great communication. This place is a studio and it has everything you need. The place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has usual stuff; stove, dishes, pans, etc. Parking was important for me because I came with my car, and there was free street parking. Overall it was a very good stay. I highly recommend Jonathan's place! I will definitely stay there when I go back to Marbella.

El apartamento está bien para dormir y pasar una estancia breve. En mi caso iba por un tema familiar y tenía planes muy concretos, así que me resultó práctico para lo que necesitaba. La persona que me dio todas las indicaciones por WhatsApp fue muy maja y estuvo pendiente en todo momento.

Es un alojamiento más pensado para dormir y estar de paso que para hacer vida en el apartamento.
