Excellent luxury apartment, complete with laundry room, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and every kitchen utensil imaginable! It is MUCH bigger than the advertised 60 square meters - I'd say at least 100. Bernadette, the joint owner/contact, was extremely helpful. The apartment's only disadvantage is its location, nearly a mile inland, up a steep hill. It's a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, 30 minutes to the beach - or 5 minutes by taxi! The location does have some advantages: it's quiet and, if you have a car, it's just two minutes from slip roads to the A7 motorway.

Bernadette nous a très bien accueilli. L' appartement est conforme à la description, très bien équipé, la literie a malheureusement fait son temps et serait à revoir. Il est situé dans une rue assez calme, sans parking privé mais on a toujours trouvé une place proche de l'appartement. 25 minutes à pied pour aller à la plage... un peu de marche n'a jamais fait de mal à personne. (ça monte un peu au retour). Commerces et restos très proches. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les nuisances nocturnes (sonores) d'un voisin. Bernadette a du faire le nécessaire. Nous avons passé 3 semaines à Marbella et nous en sommes enchantés. L'appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel. Très bien équipé nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Ansado qui est charmante. Endroit calme et franchement pas loin du tout du centre historique et du front de mer. Nous pouvons vraiment conseiller cette location il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises au contraire.

Nous avons passé 3 belles semaines à Marbella dans cet appartement. Il est très fonctionnel et très agréable et nous pouvons le recommander sans probléme. A pied nous sommes très vite dans le centre historique et sur le front de mer. A partir de là nous avons visité toute l'Andalousie, c'était super.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour ! une météo au top bel appartement, bien placé, très bien équipé, tout près des commerces on est vite arrivés à la gare routière à pied ou en bus .Marbella est une jolie ville et très sympa, le casco antiguo de Marbella est super joli. Nous avons apprécié ces quelques jours de vacances en Andalousie.

Muy bien situado para disfrutar de la costa del sol, facil aparcar el coche y a 1 minuto del acceso a la autovia A7/AP7. El apartamento muy limpio, habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario y mas. Hay lavadora, plancha, secador.... Tiene terraza con mesas y sillas para disfrutar del buen clima. El trato de Bernadette fenomenal, seguir sus recomendaciones. El restaurante la perdiz muy bueno con menu del dia a 8 €. Hay un mercadona muy cerca. El autobus tiene parada a unos metros. Muy buena estancia en este apartamento, muy recomendable.

buenas hemos estado este verano en marbella y alquilemos piso.las fotos del piso no le hacen justicia esta mucho mejor en realidad,la localizacion fue tal como nos habia dicho el dueño y nos fue facil llegar.piso estaba limpio y nada mas llegar bernadett nos lo explico todo super bien y nos ayudo en todo momento a todo lo que nos hacia falta.la playa estaba a a un paseo de veinte min tal como nos lo habia dicho ya opcional npsotros haciamos pero quien noi quiera hay bus cerca para quien lo quiera.bueno yo recomendaria este sitio porque el piso esta muy bien,y situacion es perfecta porque esta a dos min de las autovias para ver todas las maravillas de malaga.el unico pego las escaleras por ponerle alguno porque piso tenia todas las cosas que te pueden hacer falta menaje sabanas ect.....si volviera a marbella lo volveria alquilar sin dudarlo

It is the best for all those who like us, look to have an appartment for holidays , and like feel themself at home . it is a simple appartment with all what you need for the days in holidays. you can be just by walking in 10 min in Marbella city center , all around you have suprtmarkt , and what ever you need , or even have a caffe or churos , tapas ,... . just in 10 min by walkin you can get in La Canada shopping center . it not some times easy with Parking ,but you always will find an oppurtunity next to the appartment . All conditions to gether , it is an totally suggested options . thanks and nice trip

Nos llevamos grata sorpresa al llegar porque el piso era mejor que en fotos(suele ser al reves)bernadette muy simpàtica,nos tratò fenomenal y cuidò que no nos faltara de nada.la zona,aunque no céntrica,es cercana.se puede ir a pie al centro y a la playa.pero para los mas vagos hay una linea de bus que pasa al lado.con todo lo necesario y muy limpio.
