Luxury modern one bedroom loft in front of sea with hight quality furniture

I would recommend it to anyone. I intend to come back myself.

Very close to beach

The condo was right by the beach. You had a vast selection of restaurant that you can choose from. You have to vist the old part of marbella. It's to die for. The owner was very helpful in getting us familiar with the condo and area.

The hosts were great but unfortunately there are a few factors that I don't agree on. They charged us almost 15 € for electric yet we were hardly in as we went out for lunch and for the day so we were quite put off with the fact that we had all the lights off etc we didn't use the washing machine tumble dryer or cooker for them to charge us that for 2 nights I'm very surprised! And I double checked and it says nothing on the listing to pay extra for electric. It's I the bottom floor and 2nd door down from the main entrance so everytime someone walked in and out the metal door would bang. Unfortunately people had been smoking in the apartment so everything stank of smoke towels the lot! It's a shame as the owners are lovely 🙁

From initially booking this apartment the owner Juan kept in constant contact explaining information and being helpful in general! Offering an airport transfer etc. The apartment is very clean and is very comfortable for two people! The amenities near by are so close that you will not need a car unless you are venturing outside of marbella. It is also roughly €12 in a taxi to Puerto Banús. Overall the holiday was lovely! However, upon arriving at the apartment we were greeted by Juan and his daughter who explained to us that there had been previous tenants who had used a substantial amount of electricity and Juan ended up with a large electricity bill. Juan proceeded to explain to us that if we were to use an excessive amount of electricity then there would be some extra charges which he would take out of our €200 refundable damage deposit. This is somewhat understandable as electricity bills can be high, however after already paying €892. I was a little concerned. Juan proceeded to note the usage on the electricity meter upon arrival. Which I also did through a photo on my phone. Throughout the entire holiday the aircon was kept to a minimum and only used whilst in the arpartment, with lights etc. Only being used when required. Overall we used a total of around 150 kWh. Which in the UK 1000 kWh of electricity is roughly £20. When meeting with Juan to leave the apartment he again checked the electricity meter and calculated the total cost of our electricity. Which he then proceeded to take roughly €48 from our deposit for electricity. Firstly I was under the impression that we would only be charged for excessive usage from the initial conversation between us upon arrival at the apartment. Secondly there was no mention at all from Juan before arrival at the apartment in any of our conversations about extra charges for electricity usage. Thirdly I am confused at how Juan actually came to the figure of €48 extra charge for 150 kwh. I am fully aware that when self catering you provide your own toilet roll and food etc. But to charged extra for electricity when already paying €892 for the apartment without any mention of extra charges is something that confuses me greatly! If there had been previous advertisement of the property to inform us of these extra charges there would have been no issues. But there wasn’t! I strongly advise that when advertising this property in future that it is clearly stated that there will be extra charges for electricity

Lovely place to stay, a couple of minutes walk and you are on the beach. Across the road are bars and restaurants which we found very welcoming. We were made very welcome Juan Carlos and his family. Would definitely stay here again.

Juan was amazing, he responded quickly to all of my emails before we arrived. He picked us up from Malaga Airport for €60 which is cheaper than a taxi. The place is better than the pictures, so clean with everything you would need. Myself and 3 friends stayed here and it was perfect for us. It's right on the beach and has a quiet pool as well :) Close to a strip of restaurants and bars on the beach front and along the main road, within walking distance to the old town which is beautiful and a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again :)

The apartment is great value for money, and an excellent place to stay in Marbella Old Town. It is very clean and spacious (the pictures really do not do it justice). My girlfriend and I used the pool during our stay, and found that to be fine. The apartment is literally 100m up from the beach (via some steps). It is very secure, and a key is required to access the grounds and buildings. There is nearby on street parking, although a word to the wise if booking a hire car, the smaller the better. Having said that our car was larger than most, but we didn't have any incidents. Highly recommend staying here. Dan, age 25. Stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights.

Great modern open plan apartment in the old town right beside the beach. Apartment has everything you need. Juan and Rosa were very helpful. We are 4 friends and was perfect for us - we will definitely be back

We were so pleased with the warm welcome by Juan Carlos,the owner,who met us upon our arrival at the bus station in Marbella.Driving us to the apartment,he introduced us to the city,and then showed us the accommodation.It is impressive!A ground floor unit with a walk down some steps to the seafront,with beach chairs provided.Very well situated,close to a grocery store,ChinaSol for incidentals,and many neighbourhood cafes,and bars.Walking both east and west along the sea walk brought us to many great restaurants!It is also a pleasant walk to the Old Town,which is a must to explore!The unit is very well equipped for self catering, a place to relax for two people, and a great base for a Marbella adventure!

We spent 3 very comfortable weeks in this beautiful studio apartment. Spotlessly clean with comfortable furniture and fully fitted kitchen. Our delightful hosts Juan Carlos and Rosa provided us with useful local information Delightfully located, just a few steps down to the promanade and beach or stroll to the fishing port. Steps up to the road and A short walk to the local supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy etc. A five minute walk will take you into the fascinating Old Town. With good local transport there is no need for a car. Fully recommend a trip to Ronda. We will very definitely be back. Thank you Juan Carlos and Rosa for your hospitality. The studio was as advertised and was spotlessly clean. The owners, Juan Carlos and Rosa were extremely helpful hosts. We used the shuttle service they provide from the airport to the apartment which was great. Their car took our 2 large and 2 small suitcases, no problem. The location is perfect, some steps to a gate opening onto the promenade. The old town is a few minutes walk away and the buses stop outside the main entrance. We took the fly blue ferry to Puerto Banus and came back on the bus. The only drawback we can think of is there is no balcony to the property. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month there and would certainly recommend it.

The apartment is large and airy with everything you need. The kitchen is new and a full size fridge and freezer are very useful as is the washer and dryer. The bed is comfortable and surprisingly, so is the sofa bed. The location is excellent. You walk out onto the beach and it is a three minute walk, along the beach front, to the old town. This means the apartment is quiet while all amenities are just a few minutes away. Juan Carlos picked us up at the airport and took us back at the end of our stay which was good value and relaxing. Thank you to Juan Carlos for a delightful stay!

Great beach front location . A short walk into town , with the marina area for cocktails. The apartment was top class. Looked like it had been recently refurbished with marble floor, new kitchen with integrated appliances, new bathroom with walk in shower, and a very comfortable king size bed, oh and not forgetting the jacuzzi with built in music system. It was immaculate throughout with everything you could possibly need. Juan was pleasant to deal with, professional,and always responded quickly when help was needed. Would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Juan and his family for helping us have a fantastic holiday in Marbella. Hope to see you again soon.
