We stayed here for about one week and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. The condo matched the description and photos. Check-in was easy and the property is tranquil and well-maintained. I even had a chance to swim laps on two days. The pool was a bit cold but nothing I couldn’t handle.

We gaan nu voor de vijfde keer gebruik maken van dit appartement. Het is gesitueerd op een mooie plek, met binnen een afstand van 200 meter 2 grote supermarkten en voor de deur een bushalte. Het is een pracht appartement in verhouding met de huurprijs. Het appartement is van al het nodige voorzien, waaronder wifi. Een gereserveerde plek in de garage dicht bij de lift, deze komt uit naast je appartement. 24-7 een portier aanwezig. Het zwembad en de tuin wordt goed onderhouden. De ligging van het appartement is goed, binnen 200 meter 2 supermarkten en de bushalte. De bus brengt je voor 2,36 euro heen en terug naar Marbella of Port Banus. Dan voorkom je dat je een hoog parkeertarief moet betalen. Via de wandelpromenade langs het strand is het ook leuk wandelen naar het centrum van Marbella (25 min) of Port Banus (40 min). Het mooie strand ligt op een loopafstand van 300 meter en is keurig verzorgd met mooie terrasjes waar je uitstekend kunt lunchen of dineren. Kortom we hebben het er al jaren goed naar onze zin , het voelt een beetje als thuiskomen, voor ons was dit een reden dat wij het voor 2017 wederom hebben besproken. Na 9 jaar Marbella is het nog steeds een pracht omgeving waar we ieder jaar weer wat nieuws ontdekken. We hebben al die jaren een goed contact met de eigenaar, waarmee in goed overleg veel mogelijk is.
