Nhà Cuội Boutique Aparthotel - Private yet Connected

來胡志明市玩，可以認識一下這間很有個性的住宿：Nhà Cuội 最近在看胡志明市的住宿，發現一間風格滿特別的公寓式旅宿，叫做 Nhà Cuội Boutique Aparthotel，位在平盛郡（Bình Thạnh）。 它不是那種很豪華、很氣派的大飯店，比較像是把越南老房子的味道，跟現代公寓的生活感結合在一起。 我覺得它比較吸引人的地方，就是每個空間都有自己的特色。木質家具、暖暖的燈光、復古花磚，有些房間還有陽台、大片窗戶，可以看看西貢的城市景色。 整體感覺比較溫暖，不會像一般飯店那麼制式化。 而且這裡有不同大小的房型，有一房、兩房的公寓，也有比較經濟的私人房間。部分房型有廚房和客廳，如果是情侶、朋友或一家人一起來，住起來應該會比一般小小的飯店房間自在不少。 不過，有幾個地方我覺得訂房前真的要注意。 首先，它不在第一郡最熱鬧的觀光中心，而是在平盛郡的巷子裡。好處是可以接觸比較在地的西貢生活，附近也有不少越南小吃和咖啡店。但如果你喜歡走出飯店就開始逛街，可能會覺得沒那麼方便。要去市中心，搭 Grab 會比較實際。 再來，這裡的房型差異滿大的。不是每間都有陽台，也不是每間都有一樣的景觀和設備。有些比較便宜的私人房間，衛浴配置也可能不同。所以訂房時一定要看清楚自己訂的是哪一種房間，不要只看整間旅宿最漂亮的照片。 另外，網路上的評價有旅客提到隔音方面還有改善空間。如果你睡覺很淺眠，這點最好先問清楚。 服務方面，這裡比較偏向小型精品公寓的經營方式，少了一些大型飯店的制式感，但也不能期待有五星級飯店那種完整的設施和服務。 我覺得這種住宿其實很看個人喜好。 如果你來越南就是想住高級飯店、有泳池、有豐盛早餐，什麼都有人服務，那可能有其他更適合的選擇。 但如果你喜歡有一點設計感、生活感，想找個舒服的地方休息，偶爾泡杯茶、看看電影，晚上跟朋友聊天，不想每天都像趕行程一樣，那 Nhà Cuội 這種公寓式住宿就滿值得考慮的。 還有一點我覺得滿好的，就是 Nhà Cuội 對台灣和中國大陸來的旅客都非常歡迎。 不管是自由行、商務出差、情侶旅行，還是一家人來胡志明市玩，都很歡迎。語言方面如果有需要，建議訂房前先傳訊息溝通，確認入住資訊和安排，這樣到越南也比較安心。 其實出國旅行，有時候最讓人記得的，不一定是飯店有多豪華，而是住的地方有沒有讓人覺得舒服、自在，還有當地人待你的那份親切。 Nhà Cuội 當然不是十全十美，地點、隔音、房型資訊這些地方都有需要留意的細節。但它也有自己的個性，不是那種走到哪個城市都長得一模一樣的連鎖飯店。 如果下次來西貢，想換個方式體驗這座城市，可以把它放進住宿清單裡比較看看。

Địa điểm thuận tiện, dễ đi ra các vị trí trung tâm như quận 1 và khu vinhome. Nhân viên dễ thương, lễ phép và hỗ trợ hết sức có thể. Có nhiều loại phòng khác nhau, nên bạn nào cần không gian rộng thì chọn phòng family. Cần thoáng mát thì chọn ban công.

Was a little loud with some construction happening the morning and daytime.

I’m a sucker for old-style tile floors, so that was the first thing I noticed at Nha Cuoi. The different patterns and slightly muted colors give it that older Saigon look I really like. Paired with the wood furniture and warm lighting, the place feels homey without looking like someone bought everything from the same furniture catalog. I wouldn’t call the design perfectly polished. A couple of corners have a little too much going on, and personally, I’d leave more space around the furniture and let the floors do the work. But I liked having something interesting to look at besides plain walls and a big TV. The neighborhood was part of the appeal, too. I enjoyed stepping out into the alley in the morning, getting coffee nearby, and watching everyone get on with their day. I like sightseeing, but some of my favorite travel moments are pretty ordinary—finding a breakfast spot, recognizing the same faces, slowly figuring out the neighborhood. The staff helped with that. They were friendly in an easygoing way, and asking where to eat turned into an actual conversation rather than just being handed a list of restaurants. Those little interactions made the place feel less unfamiliar. I do think there’s a difference between liking an older aesthetic and overlooking things that need maintenance. You can appreciate vintage tiles and still expect everything to be clean and work properly. For me, the charm here was the combination of those patterned floors, the softer light in the evening, and people who were easy to talk to. Nothing especially fancy—just the kind of small details that make a place stick with you.
