It was comfortable. The ac worked well I could walk to the end of the alley and find whatever type of food I wanted. There was plenty to see walking around the area and a decent food market close by. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. Would stay again and recommend
One of the ac started leaking water from condensation right were i had my watch charging and the water damaged the watch charger. Its can be noisy I could hear the slightest noises from rooms all around me. Check your ac filters if you stay i cleaned both of mine they were almost completely blocked

On the first night, the bedroom had a strong sewage smell, and the glass door was stuck. The host offered to move me from room 103 to either 101 (which is half the size) or G01 (on a lower floor). I chose to move to room 101. However, I had to clean the room myself because they had left many bags and towels inside. On the second night, the air conditioner in room 101 broke down, and the door couldn’t be opened from the outside. The Wi-Fi was also unstable. Overall, it was a terrible experience staying at this apartment.
