This is a very large apartment. Although it is in an older building, it seems to have been recently renovated as everything is very new and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and when we asked about a few missing items, the host was very responsive and dropped them off to us very quickly. The shower in the bathroom was great with very strong water pressure and a stall that actually seals so that water doesn't get everywhere - uncommon in our experience in Italy. The host was also very accommodating, meeting us in our parking lower down so that we could follow her up and not get lost, and then giving us a good orientation in the apartment. The parking at the apartment was great - easy to access and secure. The location of the apartment is great, close to Rocca Flea and just a short walk downhill to get to the main shopping street.
Both bathrooms had accessibility issues, with odd steps up and down, so great care has to be taken, especially in the middle of the night.
