The apartment was sparkling clean. The manager responded to messages promptly.
There is no hook in the bathroom for hanging of towel or clothes. Lack an electric socket at the kitchen to plug in kettle. Need an additional rod at the balcony for drying laundry. Pillows were too flat.

Brand new apartment, spotlessly clean with great facilities. Location was excellent too, across from the temple at Tennoji and walking distance to Shinsekai District and metro stations. Staff were responsive and helpful via booking app.
If you are used to European sizing, note that the bed is not really big enough for two people - It is more like a large single size or Japanese double. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the sofa bed which was not so comfortable.

築年数が新しく、部屋が綺麗。
新世界に近い。
設備が整っていない。料理をするにも道具があまり揃っていないので買い足す必要がある。トイレが狭い。風呂も狭い。
テーブルの脚が壊れていた。
カーテンが安物で光が差し込む。
コンセント差し込み口が少ない、場所が悪い。
ベッドはセミダブルで狭い。
