Very good value. Great location (access to trains without the crazy noise of Dotonbori). Very clean. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows.

Big room with balcony for family of four with little kitchen. Washing machine was useful, dry clothes setting on bathroom wall and your clothes will be dry by the morning.
We are very impressed with your hotel. It is perfect place for families with children.

It was quiet and clean. It was close to the subway. However, the furniture was cheap quality and the beds were too low and were uncomfortable. We also kept stubbing our toes on the bed frames. The fridge was tiny and the kitchen was small. The decor was like a college dorm. There is no receptionist; check in, check out, and help with room problems are all done electronically. The neighborhood streets had scattered trash, which is unusual for Japan. Near by restaurants were lesser quality.
This was our third hotel with a kitchen that we stayed in on our 2-week trip to Japan, and this one suffered by comparison to the other two (that were in the same price range).
