Holiday cottage Pod Smreko

The location of the cottage is great, there are cows everywhere, the views are magnifique, nature, mountains- superb! The cottage is really on a lovely place

There were construction works near the cottage (new parking is being built) starting at 7a.m. ending sometimes even at 6p.m. Sometimes we could here a big noise and the whole magic of this place was gone. If we left early and came late, then everything was ok again:-) The disposition (layout) of the cottage is a bit specifique (fridge in the cave, bathroom in the cave)

A beautiful rustic cabin – warm, cosy, and perfect even in cold weather thanks to the great heating and fireplace. The views of Krvavec and the nearby mountain trails are stunning, making it an ideal spot for hiking and relaxing in nature. Everything was very clean and well maintained, with charming wooden details throughout. Tip for future guests - and hosts will mention this as well: in rainy or snowy weather it’s best to arrive with a 4x4 vehicle, or park at the bottom of the road and walk up for a few minutes.

This cottage in the mountains of Slovenia was the perfect getaway for me and my partner. The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and mountains, and it felt like a real escape from everyday life. The cottage itself is charming, comfortable, and ideal for couples looking for a peaceful retreat

Honestly, there was very little not to like about our stay. The cottage, the surroundings, and the overall experience were wonderful. If anything, the only downside was having to leave such a peaceful and beautiful place.
