Very nice clean comfortable property

Parking a slight issue as leaving your car immediately outside or very close to the property not really possible if you respect neighbours no parking signs.

Absolutely stunning, luxurious, large cottage in a great location for exploring the towns of the Borders of Scotland and Edinburgh- the station is 5 minutes away. There are 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate a few guests - 3 doubles and 1 twin. Every detail has been meticulously thought of. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a shelved cupboard. The thoughtful items are 4 large umbrellas for inclement weather, large towels, and a hairdryer and fan in all bedrooms. There is a tv with plenty of viewing options. The carpets and furniture are all very high quality for extra comfort and the interior decor is beautiful. The host, Joanne, is very friendly and helpful too. It is a perfect, peaceful place to stay.

Location was good. A little difficult to find as it was tucked back from the road - probably our fault as the directions were clear

Property was very good. Would have liked to have a chair in the downstairs bedroom just to put clothes etc on when we went to bed at night but that's a very minor point and is meant as constructive feedback.
