Prague Days - Four Bedroom Apartment with Workspace and 250Mbs WiFi in New Town

Apartment was fantastic in size and great for our needs (With two families and four kids). Beautiful and large rooms and living spaces in old rustic building. Good value. Hosts were very good and always available. Plenty of amenities provided.

- Additional costs were high (50 EUR) per high chair and per cot seems excessive - No extra key for such large capacity, means sharing one key amongst potentially 8 people. They wanted to charge us to have an extra key made which was another hidden unnecessary cost. - No fixed shower positions - Check in/check out process was very frustrating. We asked for early check in which they couldnt guarantee, even then we asked for priority cleaning and to let us check in as soon as possible to the stated 4pm check in time (as we had small children who needed nap time). We gave plenty of warning for this but they said they needed until 4pm. We arrived at 3pm and thought we'd try to see if apartment was ready and it was - so noone had bothered to inform us we could have checked in. When you have small children, planning is important... - Same for check out - we asked for late check out and they waited until 20:00pm evening before to say it wasnt possible due to other guests / cleaning. We asked 3 days earlier for this, they would have known the bookings and could have arranged cleaning according to our needs but didnt... just not very flexible/considerate. - wouldnt let us store baby strollers at bottom of stairs and had to carry them up 3 flights of stairs. Be nice if they could have agreement in place for this in the storage space downstairs. Again, just not a baby friendly environment or city.
