Gaia Sun&Beach Home

The host was really great and the location was perfect. Angela left us some welcoming snacks and drinks. The neighborhood is really calm and the people are friendly. We were with a one year old baby and he was happy to come home every time we went outside. The beach is 10 min from the apartment and Lungo Mare is like a minute away. We had excellent time and holiday.

We spent 10 days in the cute apartment, which is very good located, with different bus stops nearby, supermarket, near the city beach, 15 min walk to the main train station / old city of Bari. It is quiet at night, is clean and has a plain structure. No windows, but good air conditioning and the possibility to open a door to a tiny courtyard for smoking or similar. Although small, the bathroom has everything you need and is in good condition. If communication was needed, the response time was good.

The wooden wardrobe is the only place to put your belongings. The kitchen is not yet well enough equipped to really cook: we found only 4 plates (each big / deep), 4 cuttery, 4 glasses, a little pan and a smaller pot. We bought basic items like (two) cups, board for cutting and a wooden spoon. Since there were no basics such as salt or pepper available you need to buy everything for cooking preparation and not to forget, bring your own sharp knife!

the check in through the box was super easy - the box is right at the entrance... the host - Angela - is very kind, you can always reach her on whatsapp :) the apartement is exactly like on the pictures... the entrance is right next to a street but it's a calm area... it's also a very short walk to the ocean and about 15mins. to a little beach...

a little lamp next to the bed would be nice so you don't need to use the top lights at night- but that's all..
