The condo and its location were 5 min from where we needed to be on Saturday. The complex surroundings were very well-kept and accommodating for its guests....The inside offered clean and tidied areas and had all that might have been needed, and basically being clean and equipped is most important. The check-in & out was self-explanatory and simple enough. Also, the price was quite fair for its location and compared to local hotels.
I purchased the condo because it stated it had 2 beds, a king and queen, so I was under the impression (& did call to verify & was told yes) that it had 2, but it only had a king.....Maybe the couch was what was considered a 2nd bed, but I never saw extra bedding anyway. This did make a difference (because my husband has a sleep-apnea machine), but what could we do, and it was for one night.

Great location on the less busy end of 30A. Close to State Park and walking trails, easy walk to the beach.
Great to have a washer and dryer of our own to use.
Hallways need a little love and attention. Our unit was very clean and stocked with the basic necessities for our stay.

Location
Room was for 4 guests, however we had no linens for the couch bed. Was a used fitted sheet and 2 mix matched pillow cases. Also had plumbing issues. The guy who serviced the plumbing was great but it’s not something you want to deal with on vacation.
Also, when we went to the pool or use the code to get in and out, however, when we tried to leave one time, we almost couldn’t get out because the door was so stuck and it looks like they just tried to fix it with sticking napkins in there to try to do something to help instead of fixing it
