All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We booked for 7 days to stay for our grandson to play in the World Series tournament. Enjoyed this place very much. Quiet and out of the way from the hustle and bustle. Beds were very comfortable, A/C worked very good! The only thing I would add is making the ice maker work or provide some ice trays so there can be ice for tea and soft drinks.
