very quiet complex, very private back balcony. we’ll equipped kitchen with even a lemon zoster. everything worked well, the set up was perfect for 4although we were just 2 so we had a ton of space.

it took us a while to figure out how the front door lock worked but we are a bit slow at things like that .. a little more instruction on EXACTLY how to work the TV and clear instructions on where the beach access could be found (walking) would have made it easier but we were able to figure it out.

The property was beautiful

The beautiful foliage, how clean the property. Our apartment was amazing. I could have not ask for a nicer place to stay. Everything was clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was simple but neat and pretty clean. The property was well kept, and management responded quickly to minor issue. There was a pretty wooded walking path behind the property. The deck overlooked a forest area and was very relaxing listening to the birds in the morning/evening. Only one mile bike ride to the first public beach access. There were several public beach access points within biking distance. This property was at the beginning of 30A and was a little quieter and less crowded than most of rentals along the highway which I enjoyed. Was still close to Gulf Place for services but was also easy to go west to many stores and eating establishments towards Destin.

Deck was small, just two high top chairs, would have enjoyed little bigger space with four chairs. Carpet was dirty looking going into master bedroom.
