Jungle Lake View Cabana

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabana in Udawalawe. The property is surrounded by nature, and our children enjoyed it here very much. They loved seeing the animals around the property and exploring the beautiful surroundings. The lake view is absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake, and sunset kayaking was a wonderful experience. The outdoor bathroom was unique and added to the natural experience. The safari was another highlight of our stay, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious and freshly prepared. A perfect place for families and nature lovers. We had a wonderful and memorable stay and would highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The cabins were very beautiful and surrounded by nature, giving a unique experience in the middle of the forest. The lake was also great - clean and very comfortable for relaxing and swimming. One of the nicest things was seeing monkeys around, climbing nearby trees, which made the stay even more special. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. You can also arrange a safari through them - they can organize it for the next day, or you can book it in advance. Even if you arrive without a booking, they can still arrange a private safari jeep for you, which was very convenient.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed by the lovely owner and their friendly family. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a property. The refreshing welcome juice was a lovely little touch that made our arrival even more special. The whole property is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax and escape from a busy routine. We really enjoyed the kayaking, especially the peaceful views and calm surroundings. The safari experience was amazing as well. Seeing different animals and enjoying the beauty of the wild made the trip truly memorable. We also loved the animals around the property, which added so much charm to the place. One of our favorite moments was watching the sunset over the lake. The view was simply breathtaking and created such a peaceful atmosphere. And the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. A big thank you to the wonderful family for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
