The location near the beach side and the size and cleanliness of the property
That was in the top floor of the building, but just because we had a baby with us, but for just adults it’s perfect.

Very close to the beach with private access, quiet, clean, love the ability to lock and unlock the door without a key, such a cute little place!
Everything was great! I could see how someone might prefer a larger bathroom but that can’t be helped.

It was extremely cozy and comfortable. Also the beach and the grocery store were just a few steps away. It doesn’t get much better than that!
