About this apartment rental
Spinnaker Pointe is a fantastic place for your family vacation. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, it is right across the street from the beach and convenient to shopping and dining. Being across the street does not mean that you don't have a view or access - this place has it all, just let the pictures do the talking.
Inside the condo, you will find three generous bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is large and it opens up the the spacious living and dining area. The balcony is huge and has an excellent view of Gulf Shores, including the sugar sand and emerald water.
Outside the unit, you will find a grill area, a nice pool area, and covered parking for two cars. You are a close walk to everything. Once you vacation here, you will leave ready to plan your next trip back to beautiful Gulf Shores!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
The Living room TV is the only room with Cable. The bedroom TVs have streaming services.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

We were close to everything, shopping, restaurants and the beach. The worst part was we were on the top floor and with one with knee trouble and another with back and knee trouble the steps were rough. But it was a beautiful condo and a great place to stay. Also was very affordable.

Nice property. The property was spacious and very nicely decorated.Overall clean but you could see short cuts with house keeping. Dirty cover on roll out bed. Dirty dishes placed back into cubbard. Dirty freezer where something had spilt. Check in was ok. The office employees were very nice. I wished there was a way to leave keys at rental. You had to go to office and pick up keys to property and return at the end of your stay.

As soon as we opened the door we were met with strong smell of fish. We realized a big bag of unopened fish sticks were completely thawed on the counter as well as a couple garbage cans had not been emptied. And the refrigerator and freezer smelled worse!
The next day we started seeing a couple "bugs" in utility room and kitchen. We dismissed them as being roaches because I guess we didn't want to believe that's what it was. But on the last morning I videoed the said roaches.
