Great place. Comfortable beds. A grocery store just across the street was nice and convenient. The beach was beautiful!

Our unit needed a lot better cleaning and repairs! It definitely needs to be upgraded and repaired. Counter top and woodwork in rough shape. 2nd bathroom was kind of a joke. Furnace closet smelled bad. Smoke detector went off the first time we preheated the oven. It went off almost every time we used the toaster.
