Property was in a good location. There needs to be more lightening on the stairs and on the parking lot. The access ramp to the beach had a big drop off and it was hard for people to get down and back up I had my 88 year old father and 81 year old mother and I had to get a step stool to help them up and down and the railing did not go all the way to the bottom step.

Location was wonderful - right on the beach. The pool was enjoyable after a day on the beach. We enjoyed the watch party for turtle hatching. Very walkable to many great restaurants. The second bathroom was very small and the sink was located in the bedroom.

We haven’t been on vacation in 6 years, and we wanted a condo close to the beach due to my wife’s recent hip replacement. This one couldn’t have been any more perfect. The room was clean, and the distance to the beach was more than ideal. Highly recommend!

Property in below average condition . No clothes dresser in either bedroom . Large ceiling damage in kitchen. No tv guide info in unit . Terribly uncomfortable patio furniture
