CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

Everything was what we expected - we had no issues. We ended up staying three extra days because of winter weather delaying us getting back home and that all went smoothly!

The location was excellent, and the balcony view was so calming. The water was absolutely gorgeous, and we loved watching dolphins from the balcony.However, we frequently smelled cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. We weren’t sure if it drifted up from the designated smoking area in the garage or if it came from a nearby unit — we thought the property was smoke-free.We were provided only two fobs for three adults, which made coordinating beach access a bit inconvenient. We didn’t use the other amenities, but the outdoor grills were a nice feature and made for an enjoyable meal in.The kitchen was quite small and a bit worn, and it lacked a basic “shared items” cabinet with things like coffee filters, spices, or cooking oil — something we’ve typically found in other VRBO rentals.Overall, the view and location made the stay worthwhile, but a few updates and adjustments could make it even better.

Parking was easy and convenient, view was amazing, rooms were very clean. Management was extremely responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was so close, exactly what we had wanted. We used the grill for burgers one night and were pleased with that area. Only small thing was that the pool area (windows and decking) could use a bit of cleaning/re-do. We even extended our stay an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back!

The Condo and view was AMAZING!!! Check in, parking & beach access easy! The only down side was the hot tub, which wasn't ever hot. The hot tub was nuke warm at best, we called the property manager number and let them know, but it wasn't fix by our checkout. chexkoutthelesftchexkednout
