CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Beautiful view - loved the balcony. Place was very clean and just perfect for two couples. It would have been great to provide beach chairs or a credit for the rentals. Weekly chair and umbrella rental was too expensive. Otherwise it was perfect.

When they give instructions to you that you get 1 roll of toilet they aren’t kidding. 1 ply small roll per bathroom. Beds were ok in comfort and towels need to be softer. They do not even have salt and pepper supplied. No early check in either. Got the code for the door at 3:58pm
