Crystal Shores 701 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the east corner of the 7th floor! Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions. And, no need to fight for parking - this unit comes with an assigned parking space!



Property Features:



• Access to the wrap-around balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring throughout the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, plus four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit.



• Living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen bed.



• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.

The condo was “ok” but definitely needs some attention to the interior unit as well as the entire property. I understand the rental company only has so much control over this so I want to be fair in my criticism. Was it the worst rental I have ever had? No. But was it far from the best? Yes. Pros: great beach access, great balcony views, convenient location, responsive management, and comfortable mattresses. Unfortunately for just about every pro there is a con: balcony has amazing sunrise views but some of the worst furniture for lounging including cushions that were ripped and spilling out. Unit had pictures showing rugs for comfortable interior but not inside at the unit. Flooring was dirty (management did send a crew to clean a second time) but it just appears as it’s an older unit flooring is worn out. Again would be fine if rugs maybe were in the unit. Baseboards and walls definitely could use a good paint job and caulking. The property itself could use a more attention to details to fix multiple areas of rusting, falling a part, or neglected maintenance. Pool area had missing tiles and green algae looking growth in areas. Hottub had lots of sand inside the water and was severely stained. Not sure whether the HOA or not controls the Key fob system but it is a complete joke having to play Russian roulette to figure out what keys work. Overall it was just an okay place but deceptive pictures and reviews mislead like this place is 4-5 stars. Dont have high hopes.
