We had a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre on foot. The room was clean and comfortable and we were given slippers, towels and toiletries... the staff were always kind and helpful.

he location is perfect, right on Via XX Settembre, making it very easy to explore Rome. The room itself was good and comfortable.
I am leaving this feedback for improvement. The chair in the room was broken, which caused me to fall, and it was never replaced during my stay. There were also failures regarding the breakfast service. Most importantly, I felt my privacy was invaded during cleaning: my clothes and underwear were handled and mixed (clean with dirty), and my toothbrush was thrown away. I reported these issues via WhatsApp but received no response. I hope these points are addressed for future guests.
