Excelente ubicación. Se puede llegar caminando a numerosos sitios de interés. Habitaciones amplias con equipamiento nuevo, a estrenar.

Desayuno muy sencillo. No pudieron ofrecer alimentos sin TACC, a pesar de haberlos solicitado con bastante antelación. Hubo problemas de falta de agua caliente, pero efectuaron un importante reintegro en el importe abonado

I really liked the location and the value was very good.

It is very hard to locate, we got there and gates were closed and nowhere on ring pad did it say bernini. We were on the street for about an hour wondering if we were in right place before we just started pushing all the buttons.

he location is perfect, right on Via XX Settembre, making it very easy to explore Rome. The room itself was good and comfortable.

I am leaving this feedback for improvement. The chair in the room was broken, which caused me to fall, and it was never replaced during my stay. There were also failures regarding the breakfast service. Most importantly, I felt my privacy was invaded during cleaning: my clothes and underwear were handled and mixed (clean with dirty), and my toothbrush was thrown away. I reported these issues via WhatsApp but received no response. I hope these points are addressed for future guests.
