Belvedere Boutique Living Gozo

If you're looking for a true escape, Belvedere on Gozo is the place to be. We spent a week there and left completely won over. The hotel is small, welcoming, and has been refurbished with impeccable taste: every corner reflects care and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, with large, comfortable beds, and ours came with sea views that treated us to unforgettable sunsets. They're also soundproofed, equipped with both air conditioning and a fan, and the international plug sockets are a thoughtful touch that makes things so much easier. Soft, new towels and bathrobes complete the picture of total comfort. What truly sets this place apart, though, is John, the host. Attentive, polite and so nice, he makes sure you feel at home without ever intruding on your space. At breakfast, he ensures you have exactly what you fancy and that every little detail, from the eggs to the tea or coffee, is perfect. The small infinity-style pool, with its pleasant and relaxing views, is the perfect finishing touch for unwinding. And all of this without compromising on convenience: a sense of peace flows through every corner.

The host was extremely friendly, making sure we were comfortable and even let us use some plates and cutlery in the room. The shower was absolutely amazing, very hot with a lot of pressure. The best part of this trip was the incredible view and the relaxing pool.

The fridge in our room wasn't very cold unfortunately, but the host let us use the main fridge in the kitchen. There was also a slight issue with the lighting as it was brightly fluorescent when putting the fan on. Yet, this can be corrected on the remote.

The room was very modern, spotless, and comfortable and very good breakfast.John was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the beautiful views, the jacuzzi, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. We had a lovely stay for our anniversary.
