Maria's B&B

I had a wonderful stay at Maria’s B&B. The room was very comfortable, spacious and equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole property was beautifully maintained. The swimming pool was particularly impressive, large, clean and perfect for relaxing. The B&B is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area, making it ideal for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. It’s also a fantastic location for morning and evening walks, with the surrounding countryside adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay at Maria’s B&B again!

It’s a lovely old Maltese style farmhouse. The owner is definitely a character and the breakfast is lovely. Relaxing pool area and feels far away from everything. Beds and rooms were very comfortable. I like the large old metal keys too.

I had to lift the ceramic lid to flush the toilet, not sure why I didn’t mention it in person but it was okay for me to flush it manually. I would have personally said no to letting the owner sit with me by the pool while I had some quiet time reading if I knew how the conversation would l have gone, and felt like he disrespected my boundaries a few times… perhaps that’s just how the Maltese are! I’ve lived here 6 years and not had to set boundaries in a place that I’m staying and resting.

the pool area is very spacious and relaxing, breakfast was wholesome and staff very friendly and obliging to go the extra mile,air conditioning units a bit dated causing noise inside and outside rooms.

the place was impeccable but neighbouring place had noisy children and noisy parents that compromised our ability to relax fully.

Lovely accommodation. Comfortable bed. Host is very friendly and entertaining.
