The owner was extremely friendly and very cooperative. Very good and clear information and gave us guide in regard to parking our car. Host with most Well done

The air conditioning: Perfect. Wi-fi perfect The minbar fridge doesn’t work . It is much needed especially in a very very hot country. Friendly advice : Get a good working mini fridge . Also , not enough storage if you want to unpack your clothes . Few hangers , but not enough for a couple . Ironing board much needed . Unless scruffy looks is your thing .😄

Nice, modern and clean room 👍 Nice rainshower with lots of space! 👍 Great bed with a hard matres (we loved it for our backs) 👍 Tv with netflix 👍 Lots of resto's nearby for dinner, lunch or breakfast 👍 This is a great place to stay, the room is a modern recently built apartment with all modern facilities, the bathroom is spacy with a nice shower. There's also a bidet. Nearby are lots of great and affordable restaurants. At evening you can go there for drinks amongst the locals and enjoy the nice nightly vibes Tirana offers. There's also a casino of you feel lucky. Everything worth visiting is accessible by foot from this place To find the place you should go to the adres on booking, once there enter at Kulla 1 tower & contact the owner. We had trouble finding it at first because there's no sign of the name of the hotel. There is no free street parking near the hotel. Locals park there but the police are actively writing tickets. There is an underground parking nearby (Arena Parking), we paid 18 Euro for 24 hours. We parked on the other side of the park behind the hotel for free .. this was a +- 15 minute walk.

There is also a small fridge in the room (minibar) which only cools for a few degrees compared to room temperature.
