המיקום של הדירה מעולה באמצע בלוקו קרוב להכל. הדירה נעימה ונוחה (ללא מרפסת). המיטות נוחות מאוד (אם כי שתי מיטות מחוברות ולא מיטה אחת גדולה), יש מזגן ורשתות נגד יתושים. כמו כן הצ'ק אין עם ההנחיות היה מהיר, יעיל ונוח.
תשלום חובה במזומן - הגיע הזמן להתקדם אנחנו בשנת 2026 ואתם עוסקים בתחום התיירות! צריך לשלם למסעדה למטה ולא מקבלים שום אישור על התשלום.
לחלון הראשי יש חסימת אור מעולה אבל יש חלון קטן במטבח בדיוק בכיוון הזריחה והדירה מתמלאת אור עצום שלא מאפשר לישון מוקדם מאוד בבוקר.
כמו כן, הדירה היתה סה"כ נקיה אבל היה אפשר להקפיד יותר על הפינישים.

Appartamento molto pulito, dispone di phon, microonde, piastre con lo stretto necessario per una cucina, frigo, lavasciuga, ferro ds stiro aria condizionata, zanzariere.
5 piano con ascensore e infissi che isolano dal rumore della strada.
Ristoranti diversi,di cui uno di pesce fresco al piano terra della palazzina ove è ubicata Reve,
Alimentari e movida nelle serate estive.
Dispone di streeming nella piattaforma netflix e you tube, ma per chi ha account di prime, Disney, rakuten applicazioni già installato sulla tv. Entrata elettronica tramite codice.
