Modern Oasis Near Park & Stadium

Excellent stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for cooking, including coffee and tea. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise: two showers and even a bidet, which is quite rare. Additionally, the balcony is large, comfortable, and very enjoyable — perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

The only downside was a sewage smell coming from the bathrooms, which spread into the hallway and the bedroom with the two single beds. I believe it may be due to some kind of backflow, as the smell disappears after using the bathrooms, but reappears in the evening when returning to the apartment after they haven’t been used for a while.

I traveled to Tirana to meet my friends, and for 3 of us it was the best choice- the appartment was big enough and sleeping rooms were cosy with comfy beds for each of us. Two shower rooms. There were Netflix on tv to have at least one lazy evening with friends, we even cooked in oven-the kitchen is adapted for it. There were even coffee machine and capsules for it. Which was very nice surprise. The location appeared the best neibourhood and I would stay longer then 4 nights- safe area with a lot of cafes and bars and supermarkets. Big popular park is located next to appartment as well, all main central points are close to it. Fredi- the host helped me even when i havn't come yet during i applied for visa (as russian i need to make visa for Albania) with all needed information, we got in touch before I came. So everything worked for me with his help. So I am happy i choose this host and this appartment.

Fantastic location, the apartment was clean and comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Manfred is really helpful - arrival and departure went smoothly.
