Volledig vernieuwd appartement met alle voorzieningen. Zeer stille airco. Zeer comfortabele slaapzetrl met extra top matras. Mogelijkheid om een (voor Tirana) noodzakelijke parkeerplaats bij te huren . Zeer rustig gelegen in toch een drukke wijk.

Superbe appartement flambant neuf en plein quartier de restaurants et cafés. Idéalement situé pour parcourir la ville à pied. La gentillesse de la propriétaire et sa disponibilité. Emplacement pour garer sa voiture juste à côté de la porte d’entrée à 5€/jour (indispensable).
