It was clean and comfortable. Don't have to wait for the hot water for shower.
There is no aircon, have to open windows but it was fine for me as the air outside is cooling.

Großes Apartment mit schöner Ausstattung. Sehr bequemes Bett, gut ausgetsattete Küche und großer Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Grimming.
Zu zweit genau richtig von der Größe her, für 4 Personen dann schon etwas knapp. Eine größere Couch wäre sehr gut, für mehr Komfort unter tags bzw. am Abend.
