On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals after a day outdoors. The adjoining living and dining room features a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and comfortable seating, creating a relaxed space for shared meals and evening downtime. This level also includes a bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom fitted with a washing machine and toilet. Direct access to the terrace extends the living area outdoors. The first floor provides an additional cozy living room with a TV, a fireplace, and a seating area, perfect for quiet evenings or social gatherings. The second bedroom offers a double bed and TV, giving guests extra privacy and comfort.
Outside, the home features a garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and an open terrace space for dining and relaxation. Additional amenities include heating, private parking and ski storage, making the property well-suited for active travellers year-round. Unfortunately, the home is not wheelchair accessible.

Obwohl in der Beschreibung erwähnt, gibt es keinen Balkon. Das Häuschen hat kaum Vorhänge, was nicht gut ist, da es im Garten der Eltern des Vermieters steht, die diesen häufig nutzen und auch Gäste haben. Für Hundebesitzer: Es gibt auch eine Katze, auf die man achten muss. Das Ehepaar ist sehr sehr nett, vor allem die Dame des Hauses. Sie macht einen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich. Im Haus muss man auf die Türschwellen achten, über die man leicht stolpert. Im Sommer ist es hier angenehm kühl. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und es ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großes Fernsehzimmer mit Sitzgelegenheit und Schlafmöglichkeit für eine Person. Im Untergeschoss sind das WC, einen Vorraum mit Sitzgelegenheit, eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Schuhe und Kleidung. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr angenehm, es gibt einen Vorhang und eine Rollo, sowie einen großen Kleiderschrank.

Das Objekt liegt relativ verkehrsgünstig, schöner Garten der mit den Vermietern geteilt wird. Die Möbel sind teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Der Herd ist bedauerlicherweise defekt, der Backofen kann nur teilweise verwendet werden, da ab 200 Grad der FI -Sicherheitsschalter fällt, sodaß die ganze Wohnung stromlos ist. Der Vermieter wurde darüber informiert.
Der erste Stock ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet!
