Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży. Dom bardzo czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony w potrzebne sprzęty. Odpowiednia ilość ręczników, żele i szampony do włosów w każdej łazience. duża ilość talerzy i szklanek oraz garnków,patelni, noży,sztućców i innych akcesoriów kuchennych, co stanowi miłe zaskoczenie w stosunku do standardów panujących we Włoszech, gdzie przysługuje jeden talerz ,jedna filiżanka i jedna szklanka na osobę.Bardzo zadbane otoczenie wokół domu, meble ogrodowe,grill gazowy. No i oczywiście piękna pachnąca sauna z której niestety nie skorzystaliśmy bo trafiliśmy na upał stulecia w Polsce- temperatura otoczenia sięgała 40 stopni.Kontakt z przemiłą właścicielką doskonały, przekazanie kluczy bezproblemowe. Na pewno za rok wrócimy .
