Nice and clean, well equipped kitchen and laundry, plenty of powerpoints and room in the bedrooms, nice and warm.

The couch wasn’t very comfortable for 3 people. Can be quite loud being right by the hospital with ambulance sirens but to be expected.

The location was great with its proximity to Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne Private Hospital and both train and trams basically at the doorstep.

Great apartment with beautiful views, well set up with all core supplies, utensils, and kitchen devices supplied. TV works great and everything is provided for. The building itself is quite nice with the gym (small but has the essentials) and the pool. The kitchen itself was great, and there was a nice big fridge, a nice washing machine, and everything you would need to stay there. For working in the hospital, it's also perfect, since it's right across the road. For me, that was the biggest plus. The host is very responsive and amenable, and quite nice. She also made the whole stay really good, especially when settling in and organizing the early checkout. I have to commend her for that.

If I'm being picky, the carpet wasn't properly cleaned and there was still dust in the shower, likely due to the vacuum cleaner not functioning properly. However, when I reported this to the host, she was very on it and said she would get a new one. Otherwise everything was perfectly clean. One other small thing is the lack of coat hangers, so staying there with more than 2 people and having everything organised and put away gets rather cramped. The under-bed-drawers were incredibly handy though. The only real downside of the apartment is that the hospital across the road has helicopters which land a few times during the day or night, and the major road has a lot of cars, both of which can get quite loud. Thus, you can't really keep the balcony doors open during the evening to let the apartment cool (it can get quite warm). The air conditioning can balance it out but it's a little loud as well - it just depends on how you like to sleep, and it tends to vary day-to-day so it's the only reason it wasn't a 10/10, but this is not within the host's control.
