The location, room, and building amenities were great! A more natural and polished version would be: At the beginning, the host was slow to respond, but closer to check-in and throughout our stay, they were very quick to respond
The wait time for the lift is quite long

Not enough crockery, no cot provided as planned, had to wait 25 minutes to collect keys as the 24/7 ezymart was closed at 8:30pm
