We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Tromso! Michael is by far one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve ever met. He personally welcomed us at check-in, and on our checkout day he even kept our luggage for us and then delivered it to our next accommodation - truly above and beyond.
The location is also perfect. There’s a Kiwi supermarket right next door, which made everything so easy and convenient for groceries and daily essentials.
The room (and the whole place) is incredibly beautiful. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and it’s even more impressive knowing that Michael created and designed it himself. The space is stylish, cozy, and genuinely stunning - we were honestly amazed when we walked in.
We also had a small issue with the water heater, but Michael responded immediately and worked hard to fix it, even staying up late to make sure everything was resolved. It was repaired quickly, and we felt so well taken care of.
