Very nice staff and large apartment in great location.

We like all. Excellent place. Nice view. Heart of the city. Spacious rooms. Big windows. All equipment's and the apartment including kitchen. Excellent pace for comfortable arctic experience.

Nothing Absolutely wonderful. They have freely upgraded to the 3 bedroom apartment.

The location was great. It was nice to have our own proper space, rather than just a hotel room. It also meant a few nights we ate in or got a takeaway which helped manage costs a bit! It was really warm and cosy after being out in the cold.

Our toilet kept not flushing but staff were quick to respond. The bedroom was pretty small but there was plenty of space elsewhere for clothes!

Our experience at this aparthotel in Tromsø was quite mixed. When we arrived, we were first given the wrong apartment — a basement unit in a house that didn’t smell good and wasn’t very clean. After going to the reception, we were moved to a larger apartment, which was definitely an improvement, but it was not located on the same street as the hotel. Although the second apartment was much better, the cleanliness during our stay was disappointing. No housekeeping was done over the three nights we had booked, and the washing machine in the apartment was defective. The receptionist guy told us he would take care of the issue (our clothes were stuck inside), but he never followed up. Thankfully, two very kind members of the cleaning staff helped us resolve the problem and the Lady at the reception send me a message via booking. Overall, the experience was far from ideal, and the hotel’s rating in my opinion is quite average considering these issues.
