The space , cleanliness and had everything that you could possibly need.
Getting up to the property front door when/if your not used to the ice and snow was a challenge especially not to fall and damage the parked cars but on reflection that is a me problem not a property problem but at times it was challenging at times.

Good location, free parking, great communal space
The property was always cold, the heaters were not very efficient.
For 5 adults it was a bit chaotic sharing 1 bathroom.
