L'emplacement par rapport au centre ville et à la possibilité de rayonner. L'espace de la chambre et le bon fonctionnement de la climatisation et de la ventilation
L'absence de pression de la douche : se laver avec un filet d'eau n'est pas très agréable.

Accolti dai gentilissimi gestori, questo B&B a 500 metri dal centro di Ascoli, è stata una piacevole sorpresa: camera e bagno comodi, puliti e con tutti i comfort (condizionatore e pala in camera, molto importanti in queste giornate caldissime). Una colazione molto buona! Letto comodissimo! Grazie di tutto!
