Posizione strategica perchè vicino al centro storico di Ascoli. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort e parcheggio auto a disposizione a seguito di un piccolo pagamento. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Per la colazione si appoggiano ad un bar lì vicino ma coccolano gli ospiti con merendine, crostatine, tisane e tanto altro . Assolutamente consigliabile per chi viaggia.

- La proprietaria della struttura è molto gentile e accogliente; - La posizione è sufficientemente comoda per il centro città.
- struttura molto vecchia; - letto molto scomodo; - la chiave della camera è un passepartout uguale per tutte le camere, chiunque può entrare. No bueno; - la colazione è totalmente insufficiente: un cornetto e un caffè al bar di sotto; - la doccia aveva lo scarico parzialmente ostruito quindi ti devi lavare con tre dita di acqua sopra ai piedi, cosa non piacevole.
