La Casa di Walter is perfectly located as a base in terms of its proximity to all that Ascoli Piceno has to offer. It is quiet, very comfortable, has ample storage space, and is only a short walk to the historic centre. Breakfast was provided, and every amenity which we could possibly require was right there.
The checking in process was initially a little tricky, as the phone was not picked up when we called upon arrival. However, it was only a few minutes before we made contact and everything flowed smoothly after that.

La stanza era bellissima, posizione fantastica, il bagno era bellissimo e il balcone con tavolino e sedie era eccezionale. Letto comodissimo e poi il punto forte era la super colazione. Con anche il frigo bar incluso.
Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Ottima posizione , struttura nuova, personale gentile e disponibile.
Colazione da migliorare, erano presenti solo due bottiglie di acqua da 0,5 l in camera ma a colazione non c’era acqua. Ho intolleranza al lattosio e hanno provveduto a farmi avere ottimi dolci senza lattosio. Pulizia da migliorare. Nel complesso consigliato.
