Central location, responsive host

The terrace door could not be locked and some parts of the apartment werent fully clean. The Sofa was very uncomfortable 😅 Also, picking up the keys at a place 10 mins away wasn’t the most comfortable.

Great location: the whole beautifully arranged neighborhood has a great flair of old and a few new buildings. Opposite a café for breakfast, the Thorvelds Meyer Gata has nice shops and restaurants. Directly downstairs is a good bakery ("Backstube"), which is open from 7am, directly in front of it the tram stop, you are with it in 13 minutes at the main station in the center. The attic apartment was clean, also bed linen (4x) and towels. Parents' double room with door, single bed with sliding door, 4th bed on the sofa in the kitchen-dining-living room if necessary. The floors below were renovated, but there was no noise from the craftsmen during our stay. The equipment was ok. The roof terrace is very small (1 m x approx. 3.5m), but invites you to an espresso in the morning (large macchinetta made of aluminum was available) or a glass of wine with a view of the roofscape in the evening. The price-performance ratio is right overall.

6 things urgently need to be optimized: 1. The 1 km distance to the shop of Deli de Luca with full luggage is too far and arduous. 2. It was very bad that you only got a set of keys for the entrance gate and front door. How are you supposed to solve this with four people with different programs in Oslo?? 3. The light in the bathroom is dimmed too much by an automatism, so you can't shave or put on make-up well on the mirror. 4. The door to the roof terrace, which is accessible to others from below via a fire escape, cannot be closed tightly. I therefore tied the door handle to the banister with a rope from the inside when I walked. 5. A step of the steep stairs up there was loosened in danger of falling, I provisionally secured it with a wooden block that I got from the craftsmen. 6. In one of the 4 chairs at the dining table, the seat was only hanging loosely on one of 4 screws: you could hardly sit on it. There were no screwdrivers or other tools in the apartment.
